At Another Recruitment we are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a well established organisation in West Yorkshire. Reporting to the Strategic HR Lead you will be required to support your business areas and in addition work with the wider HR Partnering team to drive strategic organisational change, people planning and enable continuous improvement. You will take the lead on key strategic people projects to support the delivery of strategic priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a people centric business that takes a proactive approach in delivering HR business change.

The Role:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of change and transformation processes working closely with the business on improvements across leadership effectiveness, wellbeing, organisation design and development; employee engagement; EDI/inclusivity; performance and talent management.
  • Build strong relationships with trade unions
  • Utilise data and insights to drive improved performance and create efficiencies
  • Translate business requirements into prioritised specific people plans in line with business objectives
  • Lead and Partner with the wider HR teams in addressing complex employee relations issues, coaching colleagues as appropriate.
  • Have oversight of the employee relations climate and case load for your client base, shaping solutions to address how this impacts business performance.
  • Help the business understand it’s priorities through effective insight and expertise across the whole people life cycle.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders and proactively understand and evaluate how the people services team respond business wide
  • Lead on key HR strategic projects

Skills we are looking for:

  • MCIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience of operating within a strategic HR Business Partnering role
  • Experience of facilitating successful organisational change as well as successful delivery of people initiatives that lead to improvements in service delivery.
  • Excellent management, influencing and coaching skills across a broad range of stakeholders and team
  • Must have the ability to deliver multiple activities simultaneously, ensuring a timely delivery
  • Highly pragmatic and commercial. providing solutions and making risk measured decisions
  • An ability to analyse, research and translate HR metrics in a straightforward yet impactive way.
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Must be happy to travel
